What's Tested
The test checks the reactivity levels for 1,200 items, in 13 categories, using a hair strand sample:
Food & Drink | Environmental | Gut Health | Digestion | Additives | Minerals | Vitamins
Metals | Anti-Aging | Stress & Inflammation | Sleep Hormones | Skin Health | Nutrition
Each item is then classified into one of three reactivity levels:
High Reactivity / Outside Range
These items are most likely to cause sensitivity. They may be contributing to physical symptoms, we recommend a structured elimination diet, followed by gradual reintroduction for these items.
Moderate Reactivity
These items might cause sensitivity. Having multiple moderate reactivity items in one meal might cause symptoms due to their cumulative effect. We recommend after prioritising the high reactivity item elimination diet that you then follow a structured elimination diet, followed by gradual reintroduction to these items also.
No Reactivity / Within Range
These items are safe and fall within the optimal range.

Anti-Aging
Hyaluronic acid and collagen is tested to identify signs of aging in skin, bones, and joints
Stress & Inflammation
Stress and inflammation is tested by examining cortisol levels, which indicate stress, and inflammatory biomarkers within the body
Sleep Hormones
To evaluate sleep quality, the melatonin hormone is analysed
Skin Health
Skin sensitivity testing evaluates how your skin reacts to fragrances, household chemicals, and cosmetics, assessing your skin’s tolerance levels
Nutrition
Nutritional levels are measured by assessing the hormones leptin, known as the ‘full’ hormone, and ghrelin, which is responsible for regulating hunger
